Ozone Generator Warranty and Service Information:

At London Ozone, our ozone generators are built to be robust, designed to last for several years when used correctly. Since our introduction in 2020, we are proud to share that not a single generator has ceased working under regular usage. While we have encountered two instances of water damage due to misuse, we can confidently affirm that the products we offer provide substantial value for both their cost and the health benefits associated with ozone therapy.

In the unlikely event of an ozone generator failure, here’s how we handle it:

1. Our ozone generators are covered by a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty provided by Aquapure Limited. This warranty does not extend to cover accidental damage or misuse.
2. Please note that the warranty does not cover water damage resulting from ozonating liquid without the one-way valve, leading to water traveling back to the generator through silicon pipes.
3. In the event of a failure, send the machine to our stockroom in London. Prior to shipping, contact us to obtain a reference number.
4. Upon arrival, we will conduct a thorough inspection of the machine. If we are unable to repair it, the unit will be forwarded to the manufacturer. If deemed irreparable, a replacement will be promptly dispatched.

From the Manufacturer:

1. The Ozone Generator is warranted to be free from defects in material under normal ozone therapy use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
2. The warranty is exclusive to the original purchaser and immediate household members. It is subject to provisions including damages or malfunctions caused by negligence, abuse, improper operation as per the User’s Manual, unauthorized service, or the use of non-genuine parts.
3. YOUMO AQUAPURE, at its discretion, will repair or replace a defective ozone generator or its parts covered by this warranty. Refunds of the customer’s purchase price are not offered under warranty policy.
4. To obtain warranty service, return the defective ozone generator or its parts, along with proof of purchase, to our company.
