International Shipping:

Currently, we exclusively ship online purchases to addresses within the UK and do not offer international shipping.

UK Shipping:

We utilize Royal Mail and Parcel Force delivery services, prioritizing expedited shipping for most of our products. A flat rate delivery cost of £3.20 applies to all orders.

Our stockroom is conveniently located in central London, ensuring prompt delivery of your purchase in excellent condition.

While the majority of our items are readily available in London, occasional delays may occur if we are awaiting a delivery from our supplier. In such cases, items will be marked as in stock but on backorder, with an estimated arrival time of up to 14 days.

Typically, items will arrive within two business days. Upon dispatch from our warehouse, we will provide you with a tracking number.

Eco-Friendly Packaging:

At London Ozone, we take pride in our commitment to sustainability. To reduce our environmental footprint, we utilize repurposed boxes, primarily sourced from Amazon, for posting your orders. Giving these boxes a second life aligns with our mission to promote recycling and minimize waste.

In our ongoing efforts to contribute to a greener planet, we also repurpose plastic wrappers for general use. By reusing these materials, we strive to make a positive impact on the environment and foster a more sustainable approach to packaging.

Return Policy:

At London Ozone, we strive for your satisfaction with purchases from shop.londonozone.co.uk.

To initiate a return, please contact our support department for a return number before sending any items back to us. The cost of returning unwanted items is the responsibility of the buyer.

While we make every effort to ensure goods arrive in perfect condition, in the event of an error, damaged goods will be replaced at no cost to the client or credited to the customer’s account if replacement is not feasible. If a gift set is incomplete due to improper packing or incorrect picking, we will complete the order or replace the particular item at no charge to the customer.

Please contact us within 30 days to initiate a return.

Items shipped from shop.londonozone.co.uk, including Sale Deals, can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment at your own cost.

Return numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, and we request that you send the return within 7 days. All packages received without a return number will not be accepted.

If a return does not meet the condition in which it was sent (e.g., a torn cable on a display assembly, scratches, used adhesive), a refund may be denied, additional charges may apply, and the item may be returned at your expense. If the part does not qualify for a refund, we will reach out to you. If there is no response within 7 days, the part will be properly recycled. This 7-day period also applies to items returned to us that include original pre-installed components transferred over to them.
